163 Parkdale Condominium (2022)

This mass excavation project for a new condominium required the use of drill and blast services to reach design floor elevations. This project was located in a dense urban environment and required the use of precision blasting by experienced professionals to ensure the safety of adjacent homes/structures, a high-pressure gas main, and other underground utilities in close proximity to the blasting operation.

Although this environment, combined with the highly visible nature of our work slowed the progress of the operation, all drill and blast activities were conducted and completed with the utmost safety and exceeded the expectations of our client.
